My journey into visual storytelling is rooted in a diverse background that has shaped both my perspective and approach to leadership. I began my career in the military, serving as an Infantry Sergeant, where I developed discipline, adaptability, and the ability to lead under pressure. Following my military service, I continued serving my community as a firefighter with the San Diego Federal Fire Department, gaining invaluable experience in teamwork, resilience, and decision-making in high-stakes environments.

As a director, I bring those experiences into every project, creating films that are both visually compelling and emotionally resonant. My work has been recognized by numerous film festivals and organizations, including the San Diego International Film Awards, Santa Monica Filmmaker Awards, Venice Shorts, The IndieFEST Film Awards, and Indie Short Fest. I am passionate about authentic storytelling and believe the most impactful work is built through collaboration, trust, and a shared creative vision.

In addition to directing, I have extensive experience as an editor, producer, and creative lead across documentaries, narrative films, commercials, branded content, music videos, and digital media campaigns. My work is guided by a commitment to uncovering the emotional core of every story and crafting content that connects with audiences in meaningful ways.

As a creative director, film photographer, and digital artist, I create imagery across a wide range of genres, including weddings, elopements, e-commerce, lifestyle branding, and portraiture. I believe visual storytelling has the power to inspire, preserve memories, and create lasting connections. I'm particularly passionate about shooting and developing film photography, embracing the hands-on creative process from capture to final image.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and was honored to be selected as a Directing Fellow for the American Film Institute Conservatory's Class of 2026. My background in leadership, project management, and creative development allows me to guide productions from concept to delivery while balancing both artistic vision and practical execution.

Beyond filmmaking, I am passionate about mentorship and leadership development. I currently coach competitive youth baseball with the Boise Gems, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Whether on a film set, in the editing suite, or on the baseball field, I find purpose in helping others grow, succeed, and realize their potential.
